Game recap: Paramus Catholic High School Football Team takes down Friendship Collegiate Academy

PARAMUS, N.J. - Friendship Collegiate Academy (Washington, D.C.) was defeated by Paramus Catholic (Paramus, N.J.), 37-20.

The score was knotted at 14 heading into the half. The Paladins took the lead for good on a touchdown run by Jabrill Peppers with 10:00 remaining in the third quarter.

Justin Watson played well for the Knights. The senior ran for two touchdowns.

Keyon Washington was the top performer for Paramus Catholic. The junior running back ran for three touchdowns. He has now scored nine touchdowns on the season.



Led by Jalen Tabor, Friendship Collegiate Academy came in giving up 8.1 points per game this season. FCA struggled against PC's offense, which entered the game scoring 36.5 points per game.

Paramus Catholic (6-1) will play a non-conference game against Northern Highlands next week, while Friendship Collegiate Academy (6-2) will take on Bergen Catholic also in a non-conference game.
