Soldotna extended their postseason success on Friday against Delta. They put the hurt on the Huskies with a sharp 19-11 victory. The result was nothing new for the Stars, who have now won 13 games by eight runs or more so far this season.

Soldotna's win bumped their record up to 17-4-1. As for Delta, with the loss, they broke their eight-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-8.

Coming up, Soldotna will face off against Kodiak at 12:00 p.m. on Friday. The Stars will need to watch out since the Bears have now posted at least ten runs in their last six matchups. Delta does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
