Central Hardin blew Owensboro out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Saturday Owensboro got their revenge. The Bruins fell just short of the Red Devils by a score of 12-10. The Bruins' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Caleb Irwin and Devin Hubbard did some serious damage despite the final result: Irwin scored two runs while going 2-for-3, while Hubbard scored a run while going 2-for-4. Chase Price was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-5.
