Basketball Recap: Teton Comes Up Short

Teton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 61-41 to the South Fremont Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, with their most recent defeat being a 55-29 loss last Monday.

Brianne Bailey continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines for South Fremont, dropping a triple-double with 23 points, 13 rebounds, and 11 assists. Bailey continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Lily Christensen, who went 5-for-9 to rack up 12 points.

Teton's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for South Fremont, their victory bumped their record up to 20-4.

Teton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Fremont, they have already played their next match, a 49-45 loss against Sugar-Salem on the 11th.
