Basketball Game Preview: Golden Valley Grizzlies vs. Saugus Centurions

Golden Valley hasn't had much luck against Saugus recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Golden Valley Grizzlies will be playing in front of their home fans against the Saugus Centurions at 6:30 p.m.

Last Tuesday, Golden Valley came up short against Canyon and fell 63-54.

Meanwhile, Saugus won against Yeshiva University of Los Angeles (YULA) on Saturday with 61 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Tuesday. Saugus skirted past Hart 61-59. The win was nothing new for the Centurions as they're now sitting on three straight.

Golden Valley's defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-9. As for Saugus, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 12 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.
