Soccer Recap: Point Pleasant Comes Up Short

Point Pleasant's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Ravenswood Red Devils by a score of 2-1. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Point Pleasant couldn't push the score so high this time.

Point Pleasant's loss dropped their record down to 2-11. As for Ravenswood, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Point Pleasant will head out to face off against Winfield at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ravenswood, they will take on Buffalo at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
