Basketball Recap: Bishop Grimes Takes a Loss

Bishop Grimes lost against Jamesville-DeWitt back in March of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bishop Grimes Cobras were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 52-51 to the Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams.

Bishop Grimes dropped their record down to 1-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Bishop Grimes will take on Cortland at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday. As for Jamesville-DeWitt, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 65-54 loss against Watertown on the 10th.
