Woodville has gone a perfect 10-0 against Newton recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Woodville is taking a road trip to take on Newton at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Woodville and nine for Newton.

Meanwhile, Newton fell victim to Huntington and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They came up short against the Red Devils, falling 15-0.

Woodville's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for Newton, their loss dropped their record down to 4-17.

Everything went Woodville's way against Newton in their previous meeting two weeks ago, as Woodville made off with a 14-1 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Woodville since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
