After a string of four wins, Granada's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They fell 2-0 to the Northgate Broncos. The matchup marked the first time this season in which the Matadors were not able to get on the board.

Granada's defeat dropped their record down to 11-4. As for Northgate, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 17-1.

Looking ahead, Granada will head out to face off against De La Salle at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Northgate, they will be playing at home against Las Lomas at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. This will be Las Lomas' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
