Divine Child entered their tilt with Lutheran North on Wednesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victor by a 72-46 margin over the Lutheran North Mustangs. This was payback for the Falcons, who suffered a 65-61 defeat the last time these two teams met.

Despite the loss, Lutheran North had strong showings from Ben Scheuher, who posted 16 points and six rebounds, and Adam Narr, who scored 12 points. That's the most boards Scheuher has posted since back in January of 2024.

Divine Child's win bumped their record up to 6-8. As for Lutheran North, they dropped their record down to 3-8 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Divine Child wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 66-20 victory against Greenhills on the 31st. As for Lutheran North, they have also already played their next contest, a 57-44 loss against Loyola on the 31st.
