Basketball Recap: Baltic Find Success

Baltic won the last time they faced McCook Central/Montrose, and Kellen Artz did his part to make sure it happened again. The Baltic Bulldogs strolled past the McCook Central/Montrose Fighting Cougars with points to spare on Tuesday, taking the game 50-36 thanks in part to Artz, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 14 rebounds. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in boards.

The win got Baltic back to even at 6-6. As for McCook Central/Montrose, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-7.

Baltic didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 50-40 victory against Garretson on the 4th. As for McCook Central/Montrose, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 47-35 win against Canistota on the 31st.
