Volleyball Recap: Aaron Stachovic and Jaiden Han Secure Win for Glenbrook North

Glenbrook North won the last time they faced Lincoln-Way West and things went their way on Saturday too. The Spartans won by a set and slipped past the Warriors 2-1. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Spartans have posted since May 4, 2024.

Glenbrook North was led to victory by Jaiden Han and Aaron Stachovic. Han had 15 digs and two aces, while Stachovic had 15 assists. What's more, Stachovic posted two digs, the most he's had over his last four games. Michael Silver also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Glenbrook North's win bumped their record up to 5-6. As for Lincoln-Way West, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-6.

Glenbrook North has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Deerfield on the 21st. As for Lincoln-Way West, they will be playing at home against Timothy Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
