Baseball Game Preview: Los Banos Tigers vs. Golden Valley Cougars

For the second straight game, Los Banos will face off against Golden Valley. The Tigers will welcome the Cougars at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Los Banos will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last.

Los Banos is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Golden Valley on Wednesday as they made off with a 12-4 win. The victory continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Cougars: they've now won four in a row.

Jack Goodger spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered just two earned (and two unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks.
