The Trinity Christian School of Griffin LIONS fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They simply couldn't be stopped on Monday as they easily beat Windsor Academy 49-5 at home. That looming 49-5 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Trinity Christian School of Griffin yet this season.
Trinity Christian School of Griffin was led to victory by Aubrey Spitzer and Leah McLaurin. Spitzer scored 14 points along with eight steals and six rebounds, while McLaurin dropped a double-double on 21 points and ten steals. Spitzer continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Thompson, who scored eight points.
Trinity Christian School of Griffin's victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-6. As for Windsor Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-7.
