Volleyball Recap: Roman Catholic Falls to St. Joseph's Prep in First Game of Season

Roman Catholic unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of the St. Joseph's Prep Hawks by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. The Cahillite have struggled against the Hawks recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost meeting.

St. Joseph's Prep's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Roman Catholic will face off against rival Lansdale Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, St. Joseph's Prep is set to take on their familiar foe Archbishop Ryan at 5:15 p.m. on Monday.
