Medina kept a clean sheet against Akron on Friday. They blew past the Tigers 3-0. The result was nothing new for Medina, who have now won ten matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Aidan Papaj and Aleks Seefeldt scored all three of Medina's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 25 goals.

Medina has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those eight contests. As for Akron, they now have a losing record of 2-3-1.

Medina didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Frewsburg on the 11th. Akron has also already played their next match (against Eden), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
