Softball Recap: Smithson Valley Victorious

Smithson Valley saw some tournament action on Thursday. They came out on top against the Crandall Pirates by a score of 5-2.

Smithson Valley's victory bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Crandall, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.

Smithson Valley has already played their next matchup, a 6-5 defeat against Calallen on the 19th. As for Crandall, they will square off against Glenn at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
