Softball Recap: Flomaton Comes Up Short

Flomaton came into this matchup off a tough ten-run loss last Monday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of the Greenville Tigers by a score of 9-7 on Tuesday. The Hurricanes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Flomaton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Greenville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-4.

Flomaton wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 14-10 victory against W.S. Neal on the 20th. Greenville has also already played their next contest (against Hatch), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
