Grandview barely beat St. Michael the Archangel the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Grandview Bulldogs blew past the St. Michael the Archangel Guardians 52-29 on Tuesday. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Leading Grandview to victory were Lariah Tucker and Taniya Cruthird. Tucker posted 11 points along with five assists and five boards, while Cruthird put up 11 points and three blocks. What's more, Cruthird also posted a 75% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January. Jada Smith was another key player, putting up nine points.

Grandview has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 14 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-8 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.2 points on average over those games. St. Michael the Archangel's loss dropped their record down to 9-8.

Grandview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 49-39 defeat against St. Teresa's Academy on the 15th. St. Michael the Archangel does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
