Baseball Preview: Kenosha Tremper Trojans vs. Westosha Central Falcons
The Kenosha Tremper Trojans will face off against the Westosha Central Falcons at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Kenosha Tremper will be looking to extend their current six-game winning streak.
While Kenosha Tremper's win against Racine Case wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Trojans won by a run and slipped past the Eagles 4-3.
Meanwhile, Westosha Central owes their pitching crew a big pat on the back after their performance on Thursday. Everything went their way against Burlington as they made off with an 8-0 victory. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three games by seven runs or more this season.
Benjamin Smet-Cooper and Carson Sieler did most of the damage at the plate: Smet-Cooper went 2-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double, while Sieler went 2-for-4 with two runs, two doubles, and one RBI.
