Pineapple Cove Classical Academy lost against Astronaut back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Pineapple Cove Classical Academy Patriots were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 27-26 to the Astronaut War Eagles. One positive for the Patriots, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Leading Astronaut to victory were Michelle Alice and Carla Woods. Alice posted nine points, while Woods had six points. The dominant performance gave Alice a new career-high in points.

Pineapple Cove Classical Academy is on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6. As for Astronaut, their victory ended a ten-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-9.

Pineapple Cove Classical Academy will head out to take on Port St. Lucie at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Astronaut, they will challenge Rockledge at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
