Central won against Conway on Tuesday with 67 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Tigers secured a 67-63 W over the Colony Knights. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Tigers' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 32nd in Arkansas, while the Knights are ranked third in Alaska).

Central has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.6 points over those games. As for Colony, they moved to 6-2 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.
