Baseball Recap: Emmett Takes a Loss

Emmett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 8-1 to the Moscow Bears.

Kyzer Altmiller was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple and one run.

Emmett's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Moscow, the victory was the 15th in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 2-0.

Emmett didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, an 8-4 defeat against Horizon Christian on the 21st. As for Moscow, they have also already played their next match, a 4-2 win against Timberline on the 20th.
