Football Recap: Central of Coosa County Cougars vs. Sylacauga Aggies
Central of Coosa County couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They had to suffer through a 69-28 loss at the hands of the Sylacauga Aggies.
Cj Franklin had an outrageously good game for Sylacauga as he threw for 173 yards and five touchdowns while completing 80% of his passes. Zakorien Chambliss helped Franklin out on the ground, rushing for 84 yards.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central of Coosa County will welcome Randolph County at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Sylacauga, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against Montevallo at 7:00 p.m.
