Ellison is 9-1 against Belton since January of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Ellison Eagles are taking a road trip to challenge the Belton Tigers at 7:00 p.m. Ellison will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Belton faced off against Chaparral on Tuesday. Belton took a blow against Chaparral, falling 74-28. The Tigers haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team's come up short the last five times they've met.

Ellison is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 23-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 29.1 points per game. As for Belton, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-18.

Everything came up roses for Ellison against Belton when the teams last played on January 14th, as the squad secured a 65-30 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ellison since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
