Will Anderson Dazzles in Bellevue West Victory
Starting off the list is Bellevue West's Will Anderson, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Sadly, Jace Erickson posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Lincoln Southwest over Bellevue West on Thursday. Erickson rushed for 104 yards and a touchdown on only 13 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making five total tackles (0.5 for loss) and defending two passes.
On the year, Erickson has run in 2 touchdowns while averaging 28.6 rushing yards per game.
