Soccer Recap: River Islands Comes Up Short

River Islands fell victim to Humphreys Able Charter and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Humphreys Able Charter Legacy, falling 3-0. The Riptide were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Legacy earlier this season, when they won 3-1.

River Islands dropped their record down to 4-12 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Humphreys Able Charter, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. River Islands will host Ben Holt College Prep Academy at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Humphreys Able Charter, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Vanguard College Prep at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
