Volleyball Recap: Caesar Rodney Falls Short Against Ranked Caravel Academy

Caesar Rodney faced Caravel Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Thursday. The Riders took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Buccaneers. The loss was the Riders' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Caesar Rodney fell to 14-1. As for Caravel Academy, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Caesar Rodney nor Caravel Academy have any future games scheduled.
