Basketball Recap: Pike County Bulldogs vs. Straughn Tigers

Pike County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They were five points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 40-35 heartbreaker at the hands of the Straughn Tigers. The game marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

It was another big night for Clark Jordan, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 16 points in addition to seven rebounds and three blocks for Straughn. The team also got some help courtesy of Clark Gay, who posted four points and six rebounds.
