Basketball Recap: Bayshore Christian Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Bayshore Christian can now relate to. They came up short against the Clarke County Bulldogs on Monday, falling 66-41. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 393rd, while the Bulldogs are ranked 177th).

Bayshore Christian's loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Clarke County, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

Bayshore Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Clarke County, they will take on Chickasaw at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Clarke County will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
