Basketball Recap: Dupo Finds Playoff Glory Versus Bunker Hill

With a playoff win on the line, Dupo rose to the challenge on Saturday. They were the clear victor by a 48-23 margin over the Bunker Hill Minutemen. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Minutemen back in December of 2024, they had to take a 42-37 defeat.

Dupo's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kaylyn Woods, who posted nine points along with six rebounds and four steals. Those nine points gave Woods a new career-high. Keara Prater was another key player, putting up six points and eight boards.

Dupo's victory bumped their record up to 8-13. As for Bunker Hill, their loss was their 11th straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-24.

As of now, neither Dupo nor Bunker Hill have any future games scheduled.
