Volleyball Recap: University Takes a Loss + How To Watch

University was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They came up short against the Academy of the Sacred Heart Gazelles, falling 3-0. If the Eagles were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Gazelles when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

University's defeat dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Academy of the Sacred Heart, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-11 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. University will challenge Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Academy of the Sacred Heart, they will head out to challenge Auburn Hills Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
