Basketball Recap: Lodge Grass Comes Up Short

After flying high against Harlem on Friday, Lodge Grass came back down to earth. The Lodge Grass Indians fell just short of the Poplar Indians by a score of 52-50 on Saturday. The loss was Lodge Grass' first of the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Lodge Grass fell to 2-1. As for Poplar, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lodge Grass will head out to challenge Plenty Coups at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Poplar and Harlem will compete for holiday cheer on Friday.
