Grant Park extends home losing streak to four

Recap: Grant Park Dragons vs. Momence Momence Athletics
This season hasn't been kind to the Grant Park Dragons, who are still winless after their tenth matchup. They suffered a tough 48-24 loss at the hands of Momence on Monday. Grant Park was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Momence apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.
Sydnee Vanswol was the offensive standout of the matchup as she scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Avery Rosenbohm, who scored nine points.
Grant Park bumped their record down to 0-10 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Momence, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.
Grant Park will head out on the road to face off against Grace Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Grace Christian Academy focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up nine on Monday. Momence will be home for the holidays to greet Illinois Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Illinois Lutheran is coming into the game on a four-game losing streak.
