Softball Recap: Greenup County Find Success

Greenup County's game on Thursday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-5 win over the Bath County Wildcats. The Musketeers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Greenup County has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That somehow still isn't as good as their 23-6 record this season. As for Bath County, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 21-8.

Coming up, Greenup County will be playing in front of their home fans against Lewis County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Bath County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
