Basketball Game Preview: Sedro-Woolley Cubs vs. Foster Bulldogs

Sedro-Woolley is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Burlington-Edison just ended the team's six-game winning streak on Friday. They fell to the Tigers 66-62.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Foster, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 54-51 win over Lindbergh on Friday.

Foster's win came from a few key players Sedro-Woolley will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Yasin Hussien, who went 5 of 7 en route to 15 points. Those 15 points gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah White, who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine rebounds.

Foster's victory was their seventh straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-7. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 81.4 points per game. As for Sedro-Woolley, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-5.
