Baseball Recap: Windsor's Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against Franklin last Tuesday, Windsor came back down to earth. Windsor came up short against the Southampton Indians on Thursday, falling 10-1. The Dukes have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost meeting.

Having lost for the first time this season, Windsor fell to 2-1. As for Southampton, they now also have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Windsor will head out on the road to square off against Randolph-Henry at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The last three games Randolph-Henry has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Southampton, they will host Surry County at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
