Basketball Recap: Credo Comes Up Short on the Road Against College Prep

Credo had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 72-23 loss at the hands of the College Prep Cougars on Wednesday. The defeat continues a trend for the Gryphon in their meetings with the Cougars: they've now lost four in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Credo lost, don't look at Rune Busenitz. Despite the final result, he posted 11 points.

The win (which was College Prep's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coming up, Credo is taking a road trip to take on Healdsburg at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for College Prep, they will be playing at home against The Bay School at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
