Volleyball Recap: Havre's Luck Takes a Turn for the Worse on Friday

Havre and Billings Central Catholic squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Havre had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Rams. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Blue Ponies haven't been shut out since back in October.

Amaya Jarvis paced Havre's offense, picking up 12 kills. Jarvis got some help from Bree Hanson and her 22 assists. Finally, Ariana Gary kept Havre's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.

Kaitlyn Foster was the offensive standout of the contest as she had 18 digs and three assists. That's the most assists she has posted over her last six matchups.

The defeat snapped Havre's winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 32-10-1 record. As for Billings Central Catholic, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 29-0.

As of now, neither Havre nor the Rams have any future games scheduled.
