Basketball Game Preview: Baker Gators vs. Kinston Bulldogs

The Baker Gators will take on the Kinston Bulldogs at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Baker is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.8 points per game this season.

Baker will bounce into Thursday's game after beating Central, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Baker walked away with a 56-45 win over Central on Tuesday.

Among those leading the charge was Terrance Clausell, who posted seven points.

Meanwhile, Kinston had to suffer through a 78-49 loss at the hands of Bethlehem. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Kinston's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Baker, their victory bumped their record up to 5-1.

Baker beat Kinston 71-58 in their previous meeting back in December of 2015. Will Baker repeat their success, or does Kinston have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
