Even if the Warriors couldn't come away with the win, the high-scoring effort was a great turnaround for their hitters, which had struggled int the games prior.

Wayland's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Lincoln-Sudbury, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-3.

Lincoln-Sudbury took their victory against Wayland in their previous matchup back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 16-2 score. Will Lincoln-Sudbury repeat their success, or does Wayland has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
