It's playoff time, and Huntington Beach had no trouble coming through when it counted. They strolled past the Camarillo Scorpions with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 20-6. The Oilers are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 21 straight.

It was another big night for Roxie Shaia, who threw for 221 yards and one TD, and also punched in one touchdown on the ground. What's more, she racked up 18 rushing yards, the most she's had since back in September. A healthy portion of Shaia's aerial production (109 yards to be exact) went to Taylor Savage.

Huntington Beach didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off four passes before the game was over. Shelby Nguyen led the group effort, picking up two of those interceptions all by herself.

Huntington Beach's victory bumped their record up to 25-1. As for Camarillo, their loss ended an 18-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 25-3.

Huntington Beach wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 33-0 defeat against Orange Lutheran on the 1st. Camarillo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
