Volleyball Recap: McGregor Comes Up Short

After flying high against Chilton on Friday, McGregor came back down to earth. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Bruceville-Eddy Eagles by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Eagles apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2017.

McGregor's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Bruceville-Eddy, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, McGregor will venture away from home to challenge Crawford at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bruceville-Eddy, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Rio Vista at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
