Basketball Recap: Valley Lutheran Comes Up Short

Valley Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were outmatched by Collins-Maxwell and fell 63-7. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Crusaders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 49-10 back in December of 2024.

Valley Lutheran's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Collins-Maxwell, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valley Lutheran will host English Valleys on Monday. As for Collins-Maxwell, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Twin Cedars at 7:30 p.m.
