Baseball Recap: Columbia Comes Up Short

The Columbia Eagles came up short against the St. Anthony Bulldogs on Wednesday and fell 7-3.

Columbia's defeat dropped their record down to 16-14. As for St. Anthony, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-7.

Columbia does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Anthony, they will square off against Teutopolis at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bulldogs 3, the Wooden Shoes 2.6) so any runs scored will be well earned.
