Fowler came tearing into Tuesday's matchup with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Swallows Charter Academy Spartans. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Grizzlies also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Fowler never let Swallows Charter Academy on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-23, 25-19.

Jaslyn Bates paced Fowler's offense, picking up 14 kills. Bates got some help from Syriah Alvarez and her 20 assists. Delilah Mason controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

When it comes to explaining why Swallows Charter Academy lost, don't look at Sydnee Borden. Despite the final result, she had 11 digs and nine assists.

Fowler's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Swallows Charter Academy, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Fowler will welcome Hoehne at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Swallows Charter Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Cripple Creek-Victor at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
