Baseball Game Preview: Memorial Tigers vs. St. Peter's Prep Marauders

Memorial is 0-10 against St. Peter's Prep since April of 2018 but things could change on Wednesday. The Tigers will welcome the Marauders at 4:30 p.m. Memorial's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so St. Peter's Prep's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

On Monday, Memorial didn't have quite enough to beat St. Peter's Prep and fell 4-3. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

For St. Peter's Prep's part, Hudson Giddens looked comfortable as he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Giddens has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up a single earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Lorenzo Camilleri was excellent, going 2-for-4 with one home run.

St. Peter's Prep's loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-5. As for Memorial, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-5.
