The Strasburg Indians will square off against the Liberty Common Eagles at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Strasburg is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.

Strasburg fell victim to Resurrection Christian and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Cougars, falling 10-0. The match marked the first time this season in which the Indians were not able to get on the board.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Liberty Common, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top against Weld Central by a score of 9-6 on Saturday. The Eagles haven't had any issues with the Rebels recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Bryson Weibler was incredible, going 3-for-4 with four runs, two stolen bases, and two doubles. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March.

Strasburg dropped their record down to 5-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Liberty Common, their win was their first in the league, bumping their league record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 6-8.

Strasburg took their victory against Liberty Common when the teams last played back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 11-1 score. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
