Basketball Recap: Hanford Takes a Loss

Hanford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 42-41 heartbreaker at the hands of the Pasco Bulldogs. While the Falcons didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Bulldogs 11-6 in the first quarter.

Hanford's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Pasco, with the win, they broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 4-13.

Hanford will head out on the road to face off against Richland at 5:45 p.m. on Friday. Hanford has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Pasco, they will square off against Chiawana at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday. Chiawana will roll in looking for their 18th straight victory, something Pasco surely won't give up without a fight.
