Caleb Cunningham leads Choctaw County to victory over Pillow Academy

Even though the Pillow Academy Mustangs scored an imposing 60 points on Friday, the Choctaw County Chargers still came out on top. Choctaw County snuck past Pillow Academy with a 64-60 victory. That's another feather in the cap for Choctaw County, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
It was another big night for Caleb Cunningham, who scored 24 points along with nine rebounds and seven steals. The match was his fifth in a row with at least ten points. Treyvionne Woodard was another key contributor, scoring 18 points.
The win makes it two in a row for Choctaw County and bumps their season record up to 11-3. As for Pillow Academy, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-12.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Choctaw County will take on McAdams at 7:30 p.m. on January 6th. Pillow Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bayou Academy at 7:15 p.m. on January 12th.
